Chief Connections Architech

With over 20 years of experience in learning and development, I've honed my expertise across diverse industries including retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and healthcare. My career highlights include designing award-winning training programs and partnering with colleges to deliver high-quality educational content. I bring a deep understanding of OSHA regulations to my SOP writing, ensuring compliance and safety in all procedures.


What sets my approach apart is the application of learning science principles. I leverage insights into how the brain processes information to create solutions that reduce time spent searching for information, keeping employees as productive as possible. This scientific approach results in smart, efficient systems that empower employees to make informed decisions quickly.


My passion for this work is rooted in my 20-year background as a First Responder. This experience has instilled in me a deep-seated desire to help people and ensure their safety. I believe that when individuals have access to well-designed, intuitive solutions, they're equipped to make smarter decisions, leading to safer, more efficient workplaces.
